I have News!!!
Getting back into blogging has been a bit more challenging than I ever thought possible ... but here I am two days shy of a month later ... hmmm!
But in my defense I've been a bit busy. Busy house hunting. Busy finding the home of my dreams! Busy getting all of my ducks in a row to buy the home of my dreams. Should all go well, I will close on my very own new home a month from now.

I have the pleasure of sharing my life with these two creatures. They are sweet and spoiled. They comfort and calm me. I can't imagine life without them. I know they will enjoy our new home as much as I will. Buying a house is a bit stressful, there seems an endless list of things that must be done before closing on a home purchase and the keys to your new home being placed in your hand, so coming home to these two has been a sweet blessing.
Sock Knitting
Between house hunting and kitty snuggles, I've been sock knitting. Sock knitting has become "my thing", my happy place! The reason why I wanted to learn how to knit was to be able knit socks. I love being able to knit socks. It's enjoyable and it makes me feel like I'm making something useful.
