These are my baby dogs ... my grand baby dogs ... which means that I am at my youngest son and his wife's home.

Bella is a two year old Golden and Beau is an 8 month old rescue mix.

I am Thankful for the puppy love and the opportunity to be with my children for Thanksgiving. We are missing my oldest but will be FaceTiming with him later today. 

He is missed but still very loved.

I love my kitchen!

I love to have plants in my kitchen.

My mint and basil plants ...

My sister bought me this beautiful jade plant when she and her husband were here helping me make my house into my home.

This plant was on a shelf at Home Depot half dead ... I brought it home and as you can see, it loves this spot in my kitchen above my microwave.

This is my spider plant that was outside on my carport all summer. Before the weather could get too cold I brought this plant in and put it in my bathroom and it is thriving!

It seems to like the warm moisture from the shower.

This is the mystery plant that my sister gives me by the handful. In years past I have left this pot outside year round but it dies off in the winter. My sister gives me another handful and son on ... this year I'm going to see how it will do wintering inside.

This is my backdoor Rosemary bush that I just purchased. 

We've had a cold snap here and I have brought this plant inside as well.

I'm enjoying my home and all of these plants in my home.

This year fall has been AMAZING and so beautiful!

I eat lunch daily in a little park ... the birds are just gorgeous.

This fall has been stunning and has brought back feelings and memories of when I was younger. This fall has been like the fall seasons I remember as a child.

Gibby Girl Design is on again ... 

As it turns out ... I often end up with an excess of quilts. As a quilter this is a wonderful thing. It means I have enjoyed many happy hours in my sewing room making, learning, and creating. I used to do commission work as Gibby Girl Design now I just make, and in the making I often end up with more quilts than I will ever use. Yes, I have donated many quilts over the years and no doubt will donate more but for now I'm going to see if I can sell some of the quilts I've made.
